New Layout

ftm). It's basic and completely NOT done by me (I'm not that talented). It's Core2 so it may break at some point, but for now it's better than the default. If anyone happens to have CSS skills and wants to give designing something custom a shot feel free. I haven't designed layouts for LJ since I was about 13 so I can guarantee it'll be better than what I'd do =)
